1. Will I get my photos back?

Yes. Absolutely. Any photo mailed to us will be returned whether a purchase is made or not!

2. What kind of digital files are acceptable?

We do much of our processing with Adobe Photoshop. We’ve yet to encounter as file type that Photoshop couldn’t handle.

3. How large a file should I send?

The size of the file is going to be proportional to the quality of the final product. The file size limits are going to be how long you’re will to wait while the e-mail transmits. If you have detailed questions about sending files use the CONTACT US button and e-mail us your concerns.

4. Can I mail in a negative or a slide?

Yes. In fact a negative or slide will produce the sharpest image in your final print.

5. I like the picture but I’d like a different frame.

These and many other modifications are handled by the FEEDBACK button on the Proofs page. Let us know any and all improvements you wish for your picture. We want it to be perfect for you.
